The moment right before death, 'all your moments pass by in front of your eyes in a slow sequence'. ​Scientifically, our brain works in this process to find a potential way to survive with all the information we have. This moment is described as 'Running-Horse-Lantern' moment in Korean language.

Viewed from the exterior by an outsider, the moments pass by in a dramatically high speed. When an audience person enters the space inside the lantern, the audience are invited to experience each and every moment in a real-life time speed.

The presence of the audience is sensed by a proximity sensor.

죽음을 맞이하는 순간 과거의 기억들이 필름처럼 스쳐지나가는 경험을 '주마등'이라고 부르곤 합니다. 

본 작품은 밖에서 바라보았을 때 수많은 영상이 빠른 속도로 지나가지만, 관객 한 명이 전등 안으로 들어가는 순간 정상 속도로 재생이 되는 구조입니다.
